Where to stay?
The following hotels are situated in the heart of the town.
Cash machines are located at all the major banks and are within a 5 minutes walk.
Most things in the Festival will be suitable for, and of interest to, all the family, apart from alcoholic beverages.
The Kid’s Cookery School will be of particular interest, where children will have the opportunity to experiment, play and learn. There are bouncy castles and trampolines and a number of stalls focusing on children in the ‘I Love Leam’ section of the Festival.
Coach Parties and Groups
Coach parties, and other groups, are welcome, but please contact us in advance so we can best help you.
Disabled Visitors – Accessibility
Wheelchair Access: Access to the Pump Room Gardens via Parade is suitable for wheelchairs. However the majority of the stalls are on grass which may pose a problem if the conditions are not fine and dry.
Disabled toilets can be found on the Pump Room Gardens during the Food and Drink Festival. For exact location see map.
We would advise you NOT to bring your beloved pet as the Festival gets very busy and it’s not fair on them. Guide dogs are welcome but please take care.
There are trained personnel on site throughout the weekend and an ambulance to cope with any incidents that may occur.
Quality of Products
We try hard to ensure that all food and drink supplied at, and associated with the Festival, is of the highest taste quality and of the highest standard of production.
We select the exhibitors at the festival, and the suppliers of take-away food, very carefully, but we cannot examine or analyse every product by every supplier. Any supplier found to be supplying food or drink at the Festival that doesn’t meet our standards and requirements, will be asked to stop doing so and will unlikely be asked to return next year.
Temporary toilets and disabled toilet facilities can be found in the Pump Room Gardens, and public toilets are available just off Parade on Regent Grove.
There is a wide range of vegetable products and vegetarian food for you to sample and buy.
Would you like to take part in the Food and Drink Festival in a more hands on way?
Volunteering with us is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in one of Leamington’s biggest calendar events with over 25,000 people visiting the site over the two days.
Being part of the volunteer team is a lot of fun – you get to meet new people, be part of a hard working team and of course get to sample lots of delicious food and drink!
